RIG Arts and Enterprise Childcare teamed up last Wednesday for a kid’s outdoor play event! We learned how to make outdoor play creative and fun through activities such as den building, story-telling and make-believe.

The kids were using sticks, bits of wood, and large pieces of fabric to make dens.  As well as being great fun, the kids learned about team work and how to communicate with a larger group of people.  Broomy’s Bairns is an on-going creative class for the little ones to explore and make!

The Broomy’s Bairns Art Classes are every Wednesday at the Broomhill Art Flat and are split into two sessions. The first session starting at 3.30pm, until 4.30pm, then the next session starting at 4.30pm, and finished up at 5.30pm. Broomy’s Bairns is suitable for ages 5-11 years old.
