Ceramic Tile Making

On Sunday we had our first Ceramic Tile Making workshop at the Broomhill Art Flat!

Participants spent the first week working on research and development for designs for the ceramic tiles, that will eventually be fired and placed in our upcoming Broomy’s Bees Garden on Ann Street in Broomhill.

The folks spent some time collecting foliage and flowers from the garden to draw from to make patterns, or take literally from and then turn them into stencils.

This workshop is completely FREE and open to all skill levels and ages, with children under-12 to be accompanied by an adult.

Come on the day to the Broomhill Art Flat (to gain entry, press number “12” on the keypad to be buzzed into Broomhill Court),
First floor, 12 Broomhill Court, Ann Street, Greenock, PA15 4ET
Please note that priority for this class is given to Broomhill residents, then to Inverclyde Residents.

Contact RIG Arts on 01475 649359 or email info@rigarts.org for more information or to book a place to ensure your space.

This workshop is funded by Creative Scotland.
