In our Textiles & Screen-printing Workshop, artists Susan McInnes and Steph Davidson have been teaching participants various sewing and screen printing techniques to make decoartive covers for acoustic panels at the newly opened Broomhill Community Hub and Garden.
These decorative covers depict elements of Broomhill and Inverclyde’s rich heritage, made by using screen prints with ink and by sewing on recycled materials.
The class takes place every Thursday from 6pm to 8pm at the Broomhill Art Flat!
Classes are completely free, all materials and refreshments are provided. Suitable for all ages – under 12’s accompanied by an adult.
Come on the day to the Broomhill Art Flat (to gain entry, press number “12” on the keypad to be buzzed into Broomhill Court),
