Our brilliant Stained Glass workshop has come to an end last week, being led by artist Keira McLean from Gestalt Studios.

Participants had the opportunity to learn different techniques in glass panel making, as well as making their own stained glass piece, and working on a larger collaborative piece for the community, inspired by the heritage of the Broomhill area.

Keira has now taken all the individual cut pieces of class for the collaborative piece back to her Glasgow studio, to be fired, and leaded together, before the unveiling at the beginning of 2018.

We cannot wait to see the finished result!
