Tuesday was the final workshop of our greatly successful series of Mural workshops with St. Partick’s Primary School!  These workshops have been led by local artist Martyn McKenzie, who is to design a mural in the Broomhill area for the community, with the help of the local school children.

Martyn started the workshop with a quick artist talk about his own practise, followed by RIG Arts Assistant Rhia Laing, who also gave a talk on her own art practice.

This week the kids were using only four colours of paint, to make beautiful landscapes of the view across the Clyde from Greenock, to Helensburgh.
